FABIO SINISCALCO

In one of these firms he was responsible for the patent area, managing and coordinating a team of patent agents. He organized and hosted seminars on Industrial Property in Italy, USA, China, Korea and Japan. Fabio is often consulted by Italian Judges as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases and his expert opinion is frequently sought by the Guardia di Finanza (Financial Police) in investigations and actions against counterfeiting. He is a member of the Experts Committee of the Intervention Service of the Fiera di Milano. Fabio deals with all matters regarding patents and designs, including searches, preparation, prosecution, technical opinions, oppositions, litigation.

LUIGI COLOBERTI
Founding partner of the firm COLOBERTI & LUPPI (2011).
EDUCATION: He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1967.
PROFILE: IP consultant for Trademarks and Patents – Italian, European, Community and international trademark and patent attorney. After graduating, he started work as an IP consultant in one of Milan’s most important firms, where he dealt with translations, drawing up patent and model applications and the examination procedures for foreign applications. Since 1978, he has had his own IP firm in Milan; over his career he has often been called on as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases in Italy and has also often acted as a court-appointed expert. In 2011 he became a founding member of Coloberti & Luppi Srl, of Milan, where he continues to work.
